Best place to farm elite mesmer tomes
ok now i have been using the Vlox farming method for awhile but i stopped around halloween to get some ToT. The vlox farming method is running straight with the permasin using the basic sliver, ebon battle standard of honor build. you kill flannus(fun+ green item+ maybe elite monk tome) then you continue running and take path on left to go to Alitta Guileborn. now she used to drop 1 every 5-7 runs. ive done 23 runs and no drop. has she stopped? and if so is there another place? again ELITE are what im looking for. the common vaettir farming just gives reg but trying to build Alliance VSF team and they need elite mes tomes for echo. thank you for your help..

Using your numbers, you'd need 100-150k to satisfy your tome needs. You have two options; farm the tomes yourself or farm something else and buy them. People usually judge a 'worthwhile' farm as one that brings in 20k+/hour. Ask yourself, how many elite mesmer tomes do you get in an hour? Going by the 'worthwhile' amount of 20k/hour, you'd need more than 2 elite tomes per hour for it to be more efficient than just farming the cash.

take a look at pvxwiki and find the old list of bosses with the E/A SF Sliver pick a mesmer boss kill it and move on.
Or as it was said find another farm that makes raw cash Dungeon running comes to mind 600/smite is easy to learn and starting with teh easiest dungeon CoF you can make an easy 12-15k every 30-45 mins, where as when your playing skill increases you can run SoO, and CoK, for 15k a head which turns into 75k+ a run in the same amout of time, plus you might just get lucky yourself and get a Bone Dragon Staff or a Emerald Blade.
Another easy way to make money is UWSC learn a role do it and hope your team makes it thru to the chest.
And always find out real prices for E.tomes because 10k for mesmer is overpriced.
Sin Warriors 3-5k, Mesmer ranger 6-7k, Ele Necro Monk Para Derv 7-9k, Rit 12-15k are the average prices for elite tomes.

Just use the normal perma sliver armor. Run up and aggro her group + the other group near her and she is dead within 30 seconds of zoning.

Kenrii Sea Sorrow is a pretty good boss too. There's always about 3-4 oni in his(?) area. You might get lucky.

Sorry to sound repetative but. i need a place i can FARM them.. i dont care how long it takes or if it is worth it to do it.. and your prices may be slightly off, thanks to the recent influx of VSF cryers elite mesmer tomes have jumped in price.

Doesn't get easier or faster then right outside dajkah inlet as others have mentioned if you're stuck on doing it the slow and less-efficient way, eshim mindclouder is a quick kill and very close to the entrance.
